The Real Estate Book unveils new app for iPhone

Real Estate App

House hunting can be a real hassle especially when going from one location to another without any avail. We all rely on our mobile devices these days for a variety of information like finding restaurants to eat at or amusement parks so why not use the handy device to find that dream house. The Real Estate Book now offers iPhone users a new application which provides them with access to listings pertaining to loads of homes for sale situated across the U.S. and around the globe.

The app is noted to be a one-stop marketing solution fashioned for brokers and agents to reach their customers via The Real Estate book. The iPhone app enables users to search for home listings by entering the zip/postal code or state/province. They can even receive directions and maps to property listings from their current place.

“We’re always looking to expand our media offerings for real estate agents and brokers to give them a competitive edge,” commented Todd Walker, senior vice president of sales and operations. “With our multi-channel marketing solution, they can go into a listing presentation and show the seller how by advertising with The Real Estate Book, they are reaching more prospective buyers than agents who just use an online-only, one-dimensional, channel to market their home.”

Scott Dixon, president of Network Communication Inc.’s Real Estate Division states, “Agents today are inundated with marketing options and can spend enormous amounts of time sifting through them. We seek to make it easy and efficient for them to gain the most exposure for their listings. Our new iPhone app delivers on our commitment to drive more leads and the best value to our advertisers.”

Property details as well as photos of the home listings are provided for a better searching experience. The hunt for that dream house is further eased as users can save favorites, share notes and attach pictures on properties. Through the listing, they can also e-mail or call the Real Estate Agent. Searches can be carried out by price, property type, MLS # or bedroom/bath.

The Real Estate application can be picked up for free from the App Store.
