LG Thrill 4G to hit AT&T on September 4th

AT&T Tweet LG Thrill 4G Bearing the fruits of patience, LG Thrill 4G is touted to hit AT&T shelves by September 4th. This news arrives from an official tweet posted by the carrier on its Twitter page. The handset is the U.S version of the LG Optimus 3D.

The LG Thrill 4G features a 1GHz dual-core, dual channel processor that ought to deliver high speed functionality. It boosts of a 4.3 inch LCD display for glasses-free viewing and entails a dual 5MP HD camera that will enhance 3D images as well as video capturing. It also integrates YouTube for easy sharing along with access to 3D games and movies. It is supposed to be a glasses free 3G handset.

The post reads that the whole world will come alive with the launch of this gadget. Also known by the name LG Optimus 3D, it supports the carrier’s swift HSPA+ data connectivity. Built in with 512MB RAM, it is fueled by Android 2.2.

The phone supports Wi-Fi, GPS with A GPS, Bluetooth and arrives with 8 GB internal memory. It also fixes a slot for microSD card that can accommodate memory up to 32GB. Working on a 1500 mAh battery, it also shows off a 3D interface that is accessible through 3D Hot Key. It comes along with Gallery Camera, Game and Apps, YouTube 3D and 3D Guide. The 3D content can also be shared through an HDMI 1.4 connection to TVs, monitors and DLNA certified products.

AT&T informed in July that the LG Thrill 4G is officially priced at $99, though it is variable across stores.
