The sleek candybar from LG dubbed Masterpiece is now available in Canada courtesy Telus. With this handset, mobile enthusiasts get to explore a sturdy device with IM, email, text messaging and plethora of other innovative features.
The CDMA handset comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera and boasts of 130MB internal memory. The Masterpiece measures 109.5mm x 47.5mm x 9.9 mm and weighs around 83 grams. The candy bar model offers a talktime of up to 5 hours and standby time of up to 320 hours. Apart from the Bluetooth connectivity, the handset also offers the standard functionalities like speakerphone, calendar, web browser, picture messaging, email, alarm clock, voice dial and more.
Looking at the specifications, it does not look like a high-end mobile phone. The package bundles up a rechargeable battery, an AC charger and a stereo headset.
The Masterpiece is available under several plans. Subscribers can buy it just for $49.99 under a 3 year contract, while the handset can be purchased for $149.99 with a 2 year contract. The LG phone costs $199.99 with a one year contract and $299.99 with no contract.
